Well packaged, starts right up, very powerful unit yet very quiet. Excellent purchase so far, only have less than 10 hours so can't give any information for longevity. Very happy so far.

Just picked up this up and finished assembly. Waiting to complete my panel interlock and then will fire it up and begin partial load testing as instructed for the first 5 hours of operation. Unit is built very well and should last a long time.

Just received it and haven't had time to use it yet. Seems like very good quality, packaged well. Instructions are clear. Explains maintenance and parts (spark plugs , oil, etc ) very well.

I bought this inverter after comparing multiple ones and could not be happier! Cosmetically it looks great and functionally it performs flawlessly. I'm able to power my whole 2000sqft home including my AC.

Received today. Unboxed and started without any issues. Cranked up first try. I'll be testing it out on my RV tomorrow and intend on using it for whole house backup when needed.

This generator is so quiet and easy to start and it powers everything we need in the house. Our only issue is with the battery. It didn't stay charged so we had to leave it on the trickle charge all the time.

I own and sold a df9500. It ran perfectly for years. Second house igen10000 dual fuel with co. It has more features than my other generator. Quieter, same easy start, easy to access maintenance. Recommend to family

I have had the inverter for only a few days... what I could see while testing it is relatively promising... I'm waiting for the first opportunity to see how it will perform in continuous operation for several hours or more.

I bought this at the end of November 2024. It looks awesome and it has all the features I wanted and needed. It will run on gas and propane. Sooo cool. My electrical said it's the nicest one he's ever seen. Thanks Westinghouse

Bought this unit a month ago. So far so good. Was amazed how quiet it runs. Seems to run everything in my home except the central heat and air unit, which i am to afraid to try. Runs 1 side by side fridge, 1 freezer, 1 4500watt water heater easily.
