I only just received this this generator and have done some light break-in with it at this point and testing all the functionality. The build quality is very good and the packaging was great. I have used gas generators for years and this is my first inverter and tri-fuel generator. Looking forward to the use of propane and not having to shuttle gas all the time. Really impressed with how quiet this generator is. I could literally stand within a few feet and have a normal conversation. Time will tell, but I specifically ordered this to charge my Anker Solix F3800s during an extended power outage. The F3800s need clean power which this generator has at <3% THD.

I wanted a generator that could run on propane especially for the refrigerator, freezer, tv and lights when the electricity goes off which it frequently does in my area. After a lot of research I purchased the Westinghouse inverter generator 11000DFc in September 2024. These features sold me on it: dual fuel, electric and remote, capacity to run large appliances, ability to run several hours using less fuel, quieter than a gas generator. My propane gas company hooked it up to the propane tank used for the house yesterday and this seems to be working good. I am thrilled that they were able to connect it to the larger tank and I won't have to depend on having gasoline on hand when the power goes out! An electrician will be coming in a few days to connect it to the house breaker which will allow me to run the generator without cords running out the door.

After losing power for 4 days after a hurricane, I decided to get a generator. I researched brands and features of many inverter generators. I chose Westinghouse for their reputation for reliability. I picked this inverter generator because I wanted one that is quieter plus safe for electronics. I like the option for dual fuel. Mine is hooked up to run on propane. It has enough watts to run many items. I will install a 50-watt generator box into my home's fuse panel.

We just bought this and the first thing my husband said was im so glad we picked this one, it's built like a tank and evwb comes with a high quality wrench or tool! He and I are very impressed. Has a remote starter and I don't want to say we cant wait to use it (the power has ro go out) but im sure it will make it easier when it does!

The quality that went into the building of this inverter was beyond my expectations. Everything was thought of from the drain tube to the carburetor to the drain hose to the oil plug. Love the no tools needed to remove the side panels. Loved the ease of putting the wheels on. Love the rubber protection around the fuel cap. I like how every bit of information you need about the generator is literally right on top of the inverter. The instruction manual is precise and accurate to the exact model of the inverter. It’s rare to find this kind of craftsmanship anymore. Only thing left to do is fire it up, break it in, and prepare for an outage.

I just received the new generator and was able to get it started with propane fuel. This generator offers great features that include push button electric start, remote start/stop key fob, eco mode, 2 GFCI 120v outlets, 1 30A outlet with breaker switch, 1 50A outlet with breaker switch, parallel operation connections, carbon monoxide auto-shutoff, and digital data center. I can use either propane or gasoline. Overall I'm very satisfy with the purchase.

The setup was extremely easy. After watching multiple videos about tri-fuel generators this was the best choice for me. Adding and draining oil is easy and the battery hook up was much easier than I anticipated. We have natural gas in our Florida community so that option was important for me. Not having to store gasoline, which I’d rather use for my vehicles is also important. After losing power multiple times in 2024 this was an easy decision.

Just received the rev2 with a build date of 3/2024. Before starting it up I ran through some basic inspections and the assembly. First the assembly. One wheel could not be installed because the bolt diameter was too big. It measured just over 5mm while the other measured about 4.8mm. The bearing that it went through measured 5mm exactly. I have to file down the bolt shaft to go through the wheel. Next, some basic checks. I pulled the spark plug to check the gap. It measured about 0.020" but the spec was 0.024-0.032" or something like that. I reset the gap and reinstalled. Then I removed all the other panels for inspection. The panel over the exhaust port had a stripped out screw put into the metal clip and was stuck in with loctite. I had to remove the loctite and retap it. All of the plastic parts that held the metal retraining clips show white stress marks. The sound-dampening foam was poorly placed and covered the vent holes so I had to reposition it. The gasket on the air filter was in pieces instead of a continuous piece. The corners were pulled too tight and the gasket had to overlap itself. It was misaligned and pulled partially off when I removed the cover. The plugs on the connector panel were all misaligned, and none lined up straight. I haven't started it up yet but will do so tomorrow. Hopefully all goes well. the generator seems solid with just some sloppy assembly.

Just setup Inverter. Assy was easy but one issue arose. Oil Chart showed both synthetic and petroleum oil to use so I chose Synthetic since it covers a larger temp span. WRONG! There is another section that says you need to initially operate the inverter with petroleum oil to get the rings to set. So I had to drain and refill the oil. This should be highlighted. But it did allow me to test draining and refilling the oil which was easy. But one addition would be better. Funnel provided has Threads to screw in the Funnel but these Threads do not match the 11000DFc inverter. Unit started fine on propane. I will add to this review as usage continues.
