The unit cleans well and the mess is limited. Definitely makes cleaning patio a lot easier and quicker. Only used one, so we will see how long it lasts without leaking.

I purchased this surface cleaner to clean my driveway my patio and my deck.It is a great cleaner. It is adjustable if you need to. It has aa water stop brush seal to contain spray. It is very solidly made. Very happy with the purchase.

Just used the surface cleaner and I was amazed how good it worked. We live in a beach town and out concrete surfaces get almost black over the winter. The cleaner brought back the concrete to a near perfect look.

Using my 2750 psi pressure washer unit works well. I believe it would work better with a higher psi pressure washer but I'm pleased with how it works.
