Awesome tool! Leave it too Westinghouse to build it right.I researched several competitors and this one is built for the long run. Not some piece of plastic. This model has a stainless body and rotating wand with removable nozzle's. I used it for my concrete driveway and our concrete pool patio. It works flawless! I have a 2600psi@ 2.5gal Northstar /Honda pressure washer. It is a quality machine with moderate pressure/volume. This surface washer worked perfectly and did not need any more pressure to do the job correctly. Westinghouse designed the wheels and height to glide over cracks and small changes in the surface. I would recommend this model over ANY plastic built one. Totally satisfied!

I purchased this surface cleaner to clean a rather long driveway. Last time, I spent several hours frustrated with the result of trying to clean it with a spray nozzle. The streaking and uneven clean motivated me tp purchase this surface cleaner. Definitely faster and better results. I, also, think it removes far less surface>

Works good but it needs wheels. If your concrete is smooth, it works great but if your concrete has non slip brush steaks embedded when concrete is poured it doesn't glide as easy. I tried another 12 inch brand with wheels but it didn't work as well. Please put some wheels on it.

Great for doing floors, however i am worried about how long it will hold up. The bushing around the bottom wasnt cut to the right length and snapped one of the clips that's supposed to hold it in place. For what it costs, I was expecting it to be a little sturdier and better built.

I am very please the results after I connected it to my pressure washer and used it to wash my front porch and driveway, even the siding along the front porch. It not only cleaned very well, but also efficient, i.e., much less time and water, compared to two years ago when I used only the pressure washer for the job.

I bought this surface cleaner to shine up the driveway. It worked great for the first 30 to 40 minutes, after that all it did was leave swirl marks. Upon lifting it up off the ground a little bit, looks like the armature does not spin anymore. I purchase this product because this one had better reviews and the Ryobi I purchased earlier did the same thing. But at least the Ryobi lasted longer. It did out perform the Ryobi when it did work. I'll say that much.

Buying this round surface cleaner help save water and prevent injury. It makes the cleaning easier and the surface clean evenly and at the same time prevent the little acorns from flying everywhere and hitting my face! I used nozzles before and it took too long. Thanks Westinghouse for selling this item with such a reasonable price!

I bought this surface cleaner a week ago as a replacement, and I'm so glad I did. This one makes quick work when cleaning patios and sidewalks. There were no black streaks to go over 2 or 3 times. The attachment on this one is metal, so no chance of a plastic part leaking. For the price and quality, I highly recommend this surface cleaner.

I just received the PWSC12 12" surface cleaner. While I haven't had a chance to put it to work, it appears to be robust and well made. I especially like the brass nozzles. I also like the solid brush skirt that is about an inch long as it contains no gaps between the bristles. The wand connection seems solid with no play where it connects to the main unit--this indicates to me that there will be no leakage at this junction. The only surprise was the little cleaning tool that was included for the nozzles--I almost missed it as it was just laying in the bottom of the shipping box. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase so far and I can't wait to give it a go on my patio, sidewalk and garage floor.

After years of cleaning the concrete with a regular power washer wand, it was a pleasure using this product. It was way faster. Easy to use. It attached without any issues to my Honda Karcher (3000 psi/2.5 GPM). I kept the wand attached, and used it for almost 8 hours. The concrete is very clean. It looks like new. Nice quality surface washer.
