I would give it a 4.5 stars. This Westinghouse 12" surface cleaner works really well for cleaning driveways, decks, and patios. It covers a good area and makes the job faster compared to using a regular wand. The build feels solid, and the 1/4" quick-connect made setup simple. Just keep in mind—it needs a decent pressure washer to keep the nozzles spinning properly. If your unit is underpowered, it may struggle a bit. Overall, though, a great tool that makes outdoor cleaning much easier.

I've searched the internet for one of these surface cleaners, and this is the lowest price I found and from a brand I've heard of before. I bought it about a week ago, and I was able to use it to wash my driveway along with the sidewalk and curb of our corner lot. This 15-inch surface cleaner made it go a lot faster and easier than just using a spray tip. I'm using a Honda-powered 2600 psi pressure washer to run it, and it worked pretty well without any chemicals. I did have to run over some heavy stuff twice in order to clean it up nicely. I have found a few things you must do to have better results. First, you have to edge every part of the concrete with a spray nozzle, otherwise, it leaves a small strip of uncleaned concrete on the edge. Second, make sure that you move slowly.

The addition of the surface pressure cleaner accelerated the cleaning process. It slides easier on tiles than concrete. It complements the use of my existing nozzles, the latter I still used to wash area covered with the surface cleaner and edges where the cleaner could not reach. I estimate a productivity increase of 25% by using the surface cleaner to just the nozzles.

Works well on concrete driveway, tile patio floor and around texture pool decking floats well without catching on rough surfaces. I did have to go over a couple of stained areas with a 15 degree head to clean up spots and to wash dirty water down driveway or off patio. I have the Westinghouse 3000E, PW and the 14” wand is to short for me (6'1””) a 16” extension would be nice to have available to buy. However, my old P.W. had a 31” wand so I used that one

Works good but it needs wheels. If your concrete is smooth, it works great but if your concrete has non slip brush steaks embedded when concrete is poured it doesn't glide as easy. I tried another 12 inch brand with wheels but it didn't work as well. Please put some wheels on it.

After years of cleaning the concrete with a regular power washer wand, it was a pleasure using this product. It was way faster. Easy to use. It attached without any issues to my Honda Karcher (3000 psi/2.5 GPM). I kept the wand attached, and used it for almost 8 hours. The concrete is very clean. It looks like new. Nice quality surface washer.

I've used the Westinghouse metal 16.5 inch surface cleaner a few times already. It's a solidly built unit which works very well. I took off 1 star because sometimes the wheels don't seem to want to pivot with the unit causing them to rub instead of roll on the surface. I'm afraid that they will wear out prematurely

I bought this surface cleaner to shine up the driveway. It worked great for the first 30 to 40 minutes, after that all it did was leave swirl marks. Upon lifting it up off the ground a little bit, looks like the armature does not spin anymore. I purchase this product because this one had better reviews and the Ryobi I purchased earlier did the same thing. But at least the Ryobi lasted longer. It did out perform the Ryobi when it did work. I'll say that much.
