As a Celiac, I'm looking for certified GF products and this one hit the mark for flavor and taste! I've had bland gluten-free waffles before but this was the right amount of banana and cinnamon ingredients. I used my air-fryer to get the desired “crispiness” and loved eating a waffle for breakfast. Would recommend for on-the-go mornings!
