The C5 intelligently recognizes whether you're watching a show in Dolby Vision or tuning into a sporting event, automatically adjusting the display settings for optimal viewing. It also features LG Gallery mode, so when the TV is off, it displays artwork, making it look like a framed picture.

This is my first OLED tv and I am surprised by how bright it gets since it's not an led. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because the operating system is a little clunky. Overall Im happy with my purchase and would recommend.

The AI features help so anyone can get a good picture and sound without having to calibrate. It has enough hdmi ports to allow you you to be able to add a number of devices.

But LG made it possible, with their reasonable rates , and today I finally own a new tv after so many years that too an OLED.. and my god the quality is mind bending. I got the TV delivered around the time IT WELCOME TO DERRY got released, and I am watchinh these episodes on my new tv now.. and I have no words.. it is soooooo good. Thanks LG for creating such a wonderful TV.. i can see my C5 being in my home for years now😀

The picture quality is insane, the brightness is solid even in my living room, and the size alone makes movies and sports feel completely different. LG definitely did their thing with the panel. One thing that disappointed me was the lack of a mounting point for the Synergy bracket. On the smaller sizes this TV supports it, so I expected the 83” to have the same option. For a premium TV at this size and price point, it feels like something that should be included. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely inconvenient if you’re planning a full LG ecosystem setup. Other than that, it’s been great. I just wish they didn’t remove that feature on the biggest model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just set up my LG C5 77" yesterday, upgrading from a 50" TV, and I'm genuinely blown away. Going from 50" to 77" is a massive jump. At first, I thought it might be too big, but after a few hours, I can't imagine going back. Plugged in PS5 and played FIFA and The Last of Us to test it out. FIFA looks incredibly smooth - the grass textures, player kits, and stadium details are so crisp. The 120/144Hz really shows during fast camera pans. The Last of Us is where this TV really shines. The colors are phenomenal - the overgrown environments, lighting through broken windows, character details in cutscenes... it's like playing a different game. The OLED blacks make dark scenes actually atmospheric instead of washed out. Watched some movies last night and the picture quality is stunning. The color depth and HDR content really pop. Details I never noticed before are crystal clear. I'm already thrilled with this purchase. If you're considering the upgrade to OLED and this size, don't hesitate. The picture quality for both gaming and movies is absolutely worth it.

There was a minor glitch with the HDMI Arc connection disabling my surround sound mode on my receiver. It was easily fixed. LG made it easy to enable/disable certain features like the tv talk back function and AI voice command.
