We recently purchased this tv. The picture is excellent. The sound has several options for settings. I would say it is probably better than our previous 9 year old tv but it is different so it takes a little getting used to. One thing I wish the remote had is a dedicated mute button. On the LG remote you use the volume control to mute the tv. Sometimes it may come back to the previous volume but usually not.

I was watching one of those animal documentary videos and you can see every single hair strand and tiny little flies. Technology is truly amazing. I'm finally able to take advantage of those 4K options in my streaming services. I'm still trying to fiddle around with the settings to get that perfect setting but since TV comes with a lot of options and customization, it's going to take time. I also got a great deal from LG with a bundle package so I actually bought it with no regrets.

This is my first OLED tv and I am surprised by how bright it gets since it's not an led. The only reason I won't give it 5 stars is because the operating system is a little clunky. Gaming on it is really good with low input lag, all the HDMI 2.1 features, and a picture that makes games look like they were made for this screen. The built-in webOS still has its little quirks, but it’s quick and easy to bounce between apps. For a TV this big, the sound is better than expected, though most people will still want a soundbar. Overall, the 77” LG C5 OLED is one of those TVs that makes everything you watch feel premium. It’s not cheap, but once you see it in action, it’s hard to go back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was absolutely floored by the brightness of this TV, after hearing some talk about OLED lacking brightness compared to other mini LED options. The colors are deep, have sparking contrast, and really highlight all blacks. It really gives that theatre feeling from the comfort of my home. I couldn't reccomend enough if you are on the fence. This tv has blown away any expectations I had. Also - the bundle came with a high quality soundbar and subwoofer, Bluetooth speaker, and a free mounting service which was done without any hassle and completed at a high level.
