It helps to keep me from sweating as much and smells wonderful. The only bad thing about it is when first applied it is wet and kind of slimy feeling but it does dry and feels completely normal after it dries. The smell was very nice, not too strong but it lasted all day. It did not stain my clothes or leave any weird residue. I used this before a 12 hour shift at work and when I came home, I was still feeling fresh and smelling nice.
