I always prefer a jelly style of deodorant and that is what this one is. It helped to keep the sweat away which is always the highest need for deodorant. He does prefer an antiperspirant and deodorant product, but said this works nicely for the days he's home. My husband likes the gel formula as it doesn't clump and is easy to apply. This has a nice scent (although it doesn't really smell like cedarwood to us), and lasts the whole day.
