Elegant jewelry box?

No IGI appraisal. Knotted chain which took an hour to unknot and a box worthy of a $10 item. Too shoddy to gift. Embarrassing. "The pendant will arrive in an elegant jewelry box and the IGI certificate will be included for your peace of mind."
