I'm beyond tired of stores. We purchased this costume because our 4 boys are being TMNT for Halloween. The costume just arrived, fully sealed in a bag, and its missing the knives and mask. Tried to contact customer support and the web page doesnt exist or wont open. Opened the chat and it isnt working. I just submitted the return request. 2 stars because the costume seems to be a very good quality, but there's obviously no quality control.
