Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and amount of meat in the package; it actually contained more than I expected, since several pieces were folded over. The meat did not come pre cut, which has its pros and cons. On the plus side, you can slice it exactly how you like for fajitas. On the downside, if you aren't picky about strip size, cutting it yourself can feel a bit time consuming. Most of the meat was great, but I did come across a few pieces with long tendons and one section with silver skin that made it difficult to trim without losing some of the meat. That part was a little disappointing. That said, the seasoning was delicious, the meat cooked up easily, and it made for a flavorful, convenient meal. If you're looking for a well seasoned cut of beef that balances convenience with good taste, this is a solid option. I enjoyed mine in a taco bowl and would definitely try it again.

The packaging is great and the meat looks very well seasoned. These fajitas are a little on the thicker side than I'm used to and the taste is alright, it is cilantro lime tasting. My younger kids said it was a bit spicy for them but my preteens ate it and liked the flavor. If you like steak bowls then this is for you, I wouldn't mind using it for that instead of fajita tacos or quesadillas like I did.

But then I bit into it and the best I can describe it is spring-y. Not like a refreshing spring breeze but like this is a weird chewiness, that springs back up when you bite it. I tried two different cooking methods just to see and the result was the same. I am not sure if that is a meat quality thing. I seared it, then sliced it then seared it again.
