It's a good cut of meat and not tough. The meat is in 3 large slices that I used kitchen scissors to cut into strips. I cooked it on the stovetop and made fajitas for the family.

And if you're on a budget and need to feed a bunch of people then I say it's actually not that bad. But for me, that's not the case. Meat was too chewy.

Since the meat came in big slabs that you cut up yourself you could use it in any dish that calls for beef. However, the texture of the meat was very tough. I cooked it as the directions stated and some of the meat I could not chew. The seasoning was good and you could taste it in the fajitas.

The cooking instructions were easy and clear to follow but I did cook mine a bit longer for my liking. The packaging was good and kept my fajitas cool in the fridge for a few days until I was ready to cook them. These fajitas are good if you're in a hurry to get lunch or dinner done in a hurry since they're already seasoned, but like I said, they were much to seasoned for me and a bit too salty as well.

Otherwise it's really good and it was big enough to feed my family and I! You can cook this however you want and the meat just tastes amazing! Versatility at its best.
