A pleasant coffee, then add heavy cream

I drink coffee black or with heavy cream to test how good it is on its own merits. With this coffee made black it's very pleasant with a low acidity. When I add heavy cream is when it takes off in flavor. It's amazingly delicious with that quick splash.
