At first it seemed like a lot. We did it step by step. It took us 3 days but that's cause we worked on it when we got home from work. I'd say we did a total of 20 hours. Best thing is to lay all the pieces out in numerical order. The. Follow the instructions to the T! Even the tub slide. We put it up before we placed the rings on. So don't think you know better than the directions. So follow step by step! Our grandkids love it!! And it's study for adults as well! This will last us for years!! The wood, steps, swing seats and slides are well done. I do wish we brought a bigger one but for the price and how it looks in our yard, we are very pleased!! And you never know who will show up to watch your kids play! So many memories being made!
