Runs too small. I normally wear a 9 in athletic shoes and the 10 in these is far too small. Unfortunately, there is no option to size further up. No arch support at all, but extremely light. Wouldn't recommend for an athletic shoe.

The shoe size runs small. Best to order the next size up if you want an accurate fit.
