I purchased in club this set of tumblers. It seemed well made until only after 3 weeks the plastic top that holds the straw cracked when I was placing the top back on the cup. I purchased the item on sale in club and it is no longer available in club to replace. It is available online at the original purchase price. I called Sam’s customer service and got no help with the issue. I was told to take the cup back to the store for a refund because they wouldn’t exchange it online at the sale price. After being a loyal customer for over 20 years, I was surprised at the way this was handled by customer service. I rarely have had any problems with products or purchases with Sam’s. That is why I have been a customer for so long. They usually stand behind their products and do what is necessary to keep the customer happy… not this time.
