I do two scoops of this powder and 12oz of unsweetened soymilk and it keeps me full for hours! I usually drink this right before workouts and I feel great afterwards. I love that it's made of all natural ingredients and it tastes so good. My only complaint is that it doesn't mix well with the soymilk, but mixes just fine in water. I have found that adding the milk and powder to the blender with a banana mixes it pretty good. I totally recommend this!
