I ordered a size 7 for my almost 12 year old 6th grader for back to school shopping. His toes were very close to the top of the toe box and he said the fit was snug. I re-measured his feet with socks on and he comes to roughly 24cm (about 9.5 inches). I suspect he will be approaching a growth spurt soon so I am going to reorder a size 8 and that should fix that fit issue. For the current non-sale price point, I'm happy with the appearance and quality of the shoes. However, as hard as my son plays, he will wear them out quickly if they are used as daily/everyday play shoes.
