I listened to the ones that said they run small and ordered up. For me too big. Just ordered my normal size. I'm not sure I would wear them all day, but they are good for weight training/lifting. Plan on using them for CrossFit. Very light weight. I like them and think they will be good for that. Also, they are nice looking shoes.

Runs too small. I normally wear a 9 in athletic shoes and the 10 in these is far too small. Unfortunately, there is no option to size further up. No arch support at all, but extremely light. Wouldn't recommend for an athletic shoe.

Wish I read the review they run super small. I wear a 7.5 and I bought an 8 just in case and they don't fit.

The shoe size runs small. Best to order the next size up if you want an accurate fit.
