Right out of the box it feels solid and well-made, which is always my first priority. The design is one of my favorite parts. It's clean and simple but still feels elevated—not overly babyish—so it fits in really nicely with the rest of the room. I also love that it's something that will continue to look good as it converts and grows with our child. Assembly was actually easier than I expected—even with a toddler running around. The instructions were simple and easy to follow, and I appreciated that there wasn't an overwhelming number of steps or a ton of hardware to sort through. A couple things didn't line up perfectly right away, but with a little adjusting it all came together without too much trouble. Once it's set up, it feels very solid and sturdy, which is huge for me. It doesn't wobble and just feels secure overall. After a few nights of use, we're already dropping the mattress down and I feel confident and relieved that it's a relatively simple task. That, combined with the 4-in-1 convertibility, makes it feel like a really practical long-term piece. If I'm being picky, there are a few minor imperfections in the finish, but they're very subtle and honestly something only very detail-oriented people (like myself) would probably notice. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the aster crib 4-in-1 as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We are using as a day bed for my 26 month old and it is great. I like the curved edges, sleek design and ease to switch from a crib to a day bed. We originally put together as a crib and then decided to switch to a day bed and it took maybe 5 minutes. You do have to buy the toddler bed piece separately and I originally thought this was included which is why we are using as a day bed. The day bed has been great and we are glad we didn't buy another piece and just went straight to it. Our toddler loves her new bed and thinks it is so cool!

The rounded corners are first off a beautiful touch to the crib (I have not seen that much on other cribs) and overall safer to avoid those toddlers running into the corners! The crib was fairly easy to put together and even had a video online to streamline the process. This was super helpful to give me the idea to build it upside down for an easier assembly. Currently my baby is just 6 months old, but I am looking forward to using the crib to help him transition into the daybed or even toddler bed (however the toddler bed railing is sold separately which is a slight bummer). As my fourth baby, I've never had a crib that can convert and I am looking forward to how this will make that transition much more seamless. Assembly took a bit longer than expected, mainly because some of the instructions could have been clearer. A second person definitely helps with setup, might even be mandatory if you're anything like us! But once put together, the crib feels secure and well-made. The convertible feature is a major advantage since it can transition into different bed configurations later on, which adds long-term value and helps justify the price a bit. However, there are a few minor drawbacks worth mentioning. Depending on the mattress used, the fit can feel slightly tighter than expected, and some parents (like myself!) may be annoyed to find out the conversion kits and additional pieces are not included in the original purchase, so they will be an added expense later on. Also, while the finish looks attractive, it definitely shows small scuffs and will wear over time with regular use. Overall, the Aster 4-in-1 Convertible Crib offers a good balance of style, functionality, and durability. It may not be perfect, but it provides dependable quality and flexibility that many families will appreciate as their child grows; especially those parents not looking to purchase a new bed every 2-3 years for each of their kids! It's sleek and modern design make it the perfect addition to our nursery. The Aster crib also converts into a toddler bed and a daybed which makes it a lasting multipurpose piece of furniture. Did I mention it is also made out of solid New Zealand pine. The assembly process is pretty straight forward and the instructions are easy to follow which I appreciated. I love the little wood accents on the feet of the crib. I can't wait to continue using this crib with each stage that comes next. It was ridiculously easy to put together - I did all of it myself with only one step where I had my husband hold up one of the sides. It was very intuitive and quick, with easy to follow instructions. I like the white sides and wood accents on the feet. The rounded corners give it a slightly unique style compared to your standard crib. I also have a child who loves to kick hard and I feel like this crib is definitely sturdy enough. The "4-in-1" element means it works as a crib, toddler bed, or 'day bed' (whats the fourth? no idea) but I appreciate that it can grow with my kid. I wish the toddler rail came with it instead of being sold separately, but that seems to be the common thing with cribs. If I have one minor piece of feedback, its that I wish it came packed with cardboard instead of how much styrofoam was used in the materials it came in. But the crib itself is great. My husband handled the setup on his own and it only took him about 30 minutes from start to finish, and he mentioned it was very straightforward and intuitive. The crib is really cute in person. It's a bright white color, and I love the rounded corners and the gold finish on the feet. These details make it look more elevated. It also feels nice and sturdy, it doesn't wobble or feel flimsy, which is really important to me. It feels very safe and well-made overall. Considering I have gone through 4 cribs in the last 3 years, this is by far my favorite of others my children have used. It was SO easy to put together, not crazy heavy or clumsy. I would put it together (by myself!) In less than an hour and without any extra tools. It was lightweight, but when put together it seems incredibly sturdy. I love the asthetics of the crib with the slight wood finish on the feet - making it look more versitile and gender neutral. Can't wait to use it in the future for a toddler bed as well. Definitely will consider buying more products from this company!

My baby was seven months old when we got the crib and I was in the market for a new one when the email came through to sign up for it. I must say, I was in love from the moment it came to my door. My husband is a trucker, if you know, you know, so I need items that are easy for me to put together while he isn't here. I was able to put this bed together in a matter of 45 minutes, without our drill!! All I needed was an Allen wrench and it came with one to help put it together!! I loved the white because it went together with my bedroom set, baby sleeps in my room. It's not too heavy that you can't move it room to room easily either. The instructions were very clear. There was also a video to help you if you couldn't follow the instructions. After getting it and putting it together I practically ran to the store it grab a mattress and sheets. Once I did and put that all in, the bed was perfect. And my baby loves it! I love it! I was super excited to start trying to move her from sleeping in our bed with me to sleeping in her own bed. It has actually been going well since this bed came!! Thank you again Stellar Panel! And furthermore, mom and dad have their bed back!! Win! Win!
