[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this for my parents to put on their back deck. it's perfect for them to garden without having to bend over and struggle. it's easy to put together and is great quality.

This thing is built like a tank. All metal and coated so I never expect any problems. Not too difficult to put together, but the "2 people 30 minute) guideline is a little ambitious. The instructions were written by a Moldovian 3rd grader and need considerable clarification, but eventually it all goes together and looks wonderful. I have another coming and may order a third.

Beautiful, solid raised bed! Got the 2' X 8' bed and it is really, really big! Seems much larger than my other 8' beds. Doing it by myself took about two hours including adding the wheels. The wheels are heavy duty which are needed because of the weight this thing will be carrying when moving around. Make sure you choose the right spot to place this bed because its too heavy when loaded to move from a raised deck to a lower patio without a lot of strong help.

These raised beds are exceptionally well made. They came with very clear instructions for assembly. I love that they are on wheels as we have ferocious summer sun and heat, so I can wheel them to the shady side of my house in the summer and the sunny side in the winter.

I just might be obsessed. This is my 2nd 2x8 bed. I also have 2- 2x4 and a 2x6. I have room for more too. These at easy to put together. I can do it by myself but it's much easier to have 2 people for larger than a 2x4 bed. I usually get the white beds but I opted for this dark color. I'll be getting a cover system soon.

I originally wasn't sure this was going to work here in the Arizona desert, as I was concerned it would overheat. I got the trellis and shade cloth add-ons. IMPORTANT TO KNOW -- do not zip down the shade cover if you live in a place with extreme temps (we're 100-118 F all summer). Having the shade cover fully down and zipped cooked my plants, initially. After I unzipped and rolled up the front panels, we were good! Amazingly, some of my plants -- sweet potatoes, tepary beans and basil -- actually recovered. I've got two large ollas from Growoya in there, too. Once the plants established themselves, all I do, now, is fill the ollas. Now, I did have this in a section of my patio that got afternoon shade in the summer. Super convenient to be able to roll it to my back patio during our "winter" for more sun. I'm really loving this!

I absolutely love my Vego Garden elevated garden bed. It does take a while to put together (took us about 2 hours), but it’s well worth it. I wanted a larger bed, so the 2’x8’ was perfect. I’ve recommended this to anyone that wants to talk about gardening. It’s a quality bed and I look forward to using it for many years to come.
