Room to wear for this and next year since he's pretty big for his age. He was so in character as we tried it on and loves Pokémon! The material is so soft and comfortable. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This light weight costume was a big hit with my grandson! We live in Texas so it isnt so heavy that it would be super hot to wear. The velcro makes it easy to get in and out of. We got the size 8- 10 and it fits his size 8 body and the length perfect. The feet, hood and gloves are a little big but not so big that he can't use it. The only problem I see is getting him to take it off since he loves it!!

The detail is great, and the construction feels durable enough to handle energetic kids. For sizing context, my son is 9 years old, around 55 inches tall, and wears the Medium (8-10). It fits well, but he is right at the upper limit; the shoulder-to-heel length is nearly exact, meaning he will outgrow it with another half-inch of growth. The velcro at the neck also runs a bit snug, though the leg length is spot-on and the boot covers easily accommodate bulkier athletic shoes. The material itself is soft, fuzzy, lightweight/breathable, and comfortable to wear. One of the best design features is the headpiece: the ears are properly structured to stand upright on their own rather than flopping over. My son gave it "at least 8 out of 10" and is already set on wearing it for Halloween.

The costume is well made with the appropriate colors and Velcro fasteners. The only problem with the costume is the fin wants to lay flat and is difficult to get it to stay in its proper position. The costume is otherwise well made
