I bought these napkins because they were on sale. I love Bounty products but they are more expensive than other brands. Still, I love the quality of Bounty so because they were on sale, I decided to try your napkins. (I love the Bounty Paper Towels with the smaller section - that was genius - not every job requires a whole sheet). To improve on the napkin product would be the packaging. There is a competitor who uses a draw string so that you can tighten the string to keep the napkins contained. Because this product is not used all at once, I store them in my pantry. Two times now, I have gotten them out and they spilled onto the floor. When Bounty came out with smaller section Paper Towels, that confirmed even more to me to continue using Bounty. Hopefully it increased your sales, as it did thrill me (it's the small things in life that can make my day)! So, next time, even if they are on sale, I will buy the competitor's brand of napkins - and yes, just because of the packaging. I hope you find this review helpful!

I always buy Bounty napkins. I love them. This last package that I bought are not the same quality. The packaging is normal but the napkins are not quilted nor soft and look different than usual. There appears to be a faint quilting mark on them but very hard to see. I think you have a problem with quality control. The price is too high for me to not get what I thought I was purchasing.

Like so many others, I have used Bounty Quilted Napkins for years, but with the last three packs I bought, I've noticed the quality is not what it used to be. They are not as absorbent and when I pull a napkin out, the next one sticks to it, this happens every single time and it is frustrating. I want the old napkins back!

Love your product, but when you made the decision to do movie tie-ins instead of your seasonal and holiday designs, you lost me as a customer. At 58, I have been buying Bounty napkins and paper towels for many years and would always buy the holiday prints. I am disappointed in your decision, but it is yours to make. It is now my decision to stop buying your products and look to your competitors. You will not have my business for the entire year. I will check back with you next Christmas to see what you choose to do at that time.

One week ago I purchased a package of Bounty Quilted Napkins. I always open the sealed plastic wrapped package with my hands. I do not use any implements. After opening the package, we noticed that as we began to use the product there was an, apparent manufacturing defect. Located at the exterior of the fold, on each napkin, was a 1/2 inch slit that ran the entire length of the napkin. The slit was still attached to the rest of the napkin by approximately 1/2 inch. As we continue to use the napkins purchased we noticed the entire package to have this defect. Although this will not interfere with our future purchases of Bounty products, we thought it best to inform you.

are the FALL & WINTER PRINTS mentioned in your response to customers' comments on this email site???? Thanksgiving is 9 days away and I have checked many stores and only see PLAIN white or summer or childish patterns. You have a great product but you do not listen to your customers' needs or wants.

I always go for viva paper towels instead of Bounty but since Viva doesn't make napkins, bounty is a good alternative. I like these overall. They're soft, and absorbent. Fairly affordable and easily found in most supermarkets and places. So definitely recommend it.

After all it's the "thicker picker-upper"! 😉 We naturally purchase mostly the paper towels where you can pull off a smaller sheet like a napkin, it saves more money and absorbs very well. But I didn't have an option for the paper towel one, so...🤷‍♀️

I love any Bounty product - your paper towels are the best! I also love your napkins. My question is - why don't you offer any more fall and winter themed napkins? All I can find in the stores are spring and summer prints. You also used to offer paper towels in the fall and winter motif. I am just curious, I still will buy the napkins and paper towels, but a different selection would be nice. I have been buying your wonderful products for over 50 years. Thanks!
