We want to offer assistance towards your Opal not producing any ice. First, we suggest checking to make sure that the ice bin is pushed all the way in, as it won't produce ice if it's not. Secondly, we recommend trying a reset of the unit. This can be done by removing the power cord for 2-4 hours, then plugging it back in. If your Opal still isn't producing ice, we recommend contacting our support team at 1-866-907-6718 for additional assistance.
