It's really great to hear that your Opal is working well and that you like the sleek design of this model! We do apologize that it can be noisy, we know that this can be discouraging at times. Most of these unfamiliar sounds you might be hearing are normal. Hard surfaces like the floor, walls, and countertops can amplify these sounds.
