Love having this ice and not leaving home to get it. I really like that it doesn't take a long time to make some extra ice, if I need it

I am such a fan of the nugget Ice, Thus machine is amazing. So amazing that my son just got one for his wife also.

I love the chunklet ice it makes but it keeps loosing prime of the water and stops producing ice. The happens when the water tank is below 1/2 full.

So convenient. Ice nuggets to get as needed. Continuously makes new ice. The noise is subtle and does not keep me awake. Love the wifi

It was a bad purchase. After 3 days it started making a screeching noise and haven't been able to get it replaced. Just sitting in our counter.
