I LOVE LOVE this ice maker. Very easy to set up and use. I personally think it is a good idea to use distilled water in this machine. I LOVE the ice!

The ice is great but the noise is horrible. I have to shut the door in the room it is in because it make squealing and groaning noise.

Stopped working after nine months, corrosion forming at the bottom. I regularly descaled, it seems like it produced a leak inside the machine.

This ice maker is awesome. We love the chewable ice. This a great quality machine I suggest you get one with the side tank.
