While we’re thrilled you enjoy the quality ice this machine produces, we do hate to hear you have a concern over the noise created by the unit. We always want you to have the best ownership experience possible, and regret any inconvenience caused. Our team will be informed of your concern over noise for future review and development; your insights are appreciated, as we always want to know what our consumers think of our models. We do expect the ice maker to make certain sounds during operation, which may also be amplified if the Opal is surrounded by hard surfaces like countertops and walls.
