I love the machine. So far I have not had any issues. It is very expensive but I am do not regret the purchase

Great Ice maker, This is my second one I've purchased. 1st one lasted 20 months.. plan on cleaning often.

The ice is great, the machine is super noisy and problematic. Had to return one which took 2 months because it made a horrendous squeak.

It's so nice having ice on demand and the best kind of ice. Even when empty it makes ice quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Setup took about 45 minutes but after that, machine started making full bin of ice within 30 minutes. Love the recycling of ice as well, saves water!

Love this ice maker, it isn't loud and works like it should. We fill the reservoir up about every other day as we use a lot of ice.

Machine keeps ice frozen until used or your let it melt. Great for just chewing and driving someone crazy.
