I just purchased, so far so good. Very quiet and nice size. Sits right next to my fridge. I love the little ice nuggets. Wonderful product!

This unit works very well. It is a little loud, and gets real loud when it needs cleaned. Does a lot better using distilled water.

I have had two of these. One lasted 7 months and the other 2 weeks. Only using distilled water. Product needs to be re-engineered.

I bought this machine almost a month ago, it's fairly easy to use. It makes great nugget ice and it's a must have if you love ice.

Though it can be noisy at times it's a perfect box. Very efficient energy use for catalyzing and storing ice seamlessly.

Constantly had to descale. Stopped working after one descaling and could never recover it. Threw it in the trash. Don't waste your money.

This is the best ice maker I have owned. I don't have anything I can say negative about this machine.
