Makes the good ice, you know the kind. There's no other name for it- crunchy, soft, good to chew. Love it

Does the job as expected. However, I'd love it if there was a function to set up an ice job ad box, not always recurring.

This ice is even better than sonic ice! I'm addicted. It was well worth the price and I have even convinced my mom to buy one too!

love the side water tank, helps not having to fill the main tank all of the time. I also, like that you can turn the light off at night.

It was a bad purchase. After 3 days it started making a screeching noise and haven't been able to get it replaced. Just sitting in our counter.

We love our opal ice machine. We love having “the good ice” available 24/7. Relatively quite. Worth the counter space it resides on!

So far so good! It looks beautiful and makes perfect ice. I've just hooked it up so I'm not sure about longevity but I'm happy thus far

This machine is great compared to our previous one, the side water holder is great makes refilling easier.
