I now use these ice chips more than the ice from our refrigerator. We bought it to have extra ice when we have family get togethers etc. However I find this is my preferred ice so I use it daily.

Great appliance to have. Our GE fridge does not make enough ice so we opted to get a separate ice maker. Plenty of ice now and easy to clean unlike other smaller ice makers.

Had it for about month, no complaints about noise or lack of ice. Love the extra side tank whicj I keep filled so we never run out of ice. Great so far, will update if anything changes.

Our last opal ran well over six years, heavy usage and never disappointed. Just started our second and it's by far the best nugget maker on the market. We've tried a few others and sent them back.

This is a great product and is able to make ice on demand only drawback is it takes a little bit of time for the ice to actually made and I wish there was a way that ice made would not melt as quickly otherwise fantastic

I've had this machine for 1 year and a half and I loved it so much up until recently it begun to give me problems! When making ice it makes a horrible screech noise and I've tried everything to fix it and it still won't work. I'm so sad about this!

This machine is fantastic! Our whole family loves these ice cubes and we are so happy to enjoy it at home now!! A little noisy, but I keep it in my laundry room so it doesn't bother me.

I love this ice maker! I even bought one for a friend who is obsessed about eating ice and she loves it too! It's easy to set up and use and is very quiet.

This about the best buy that I have ever made. What a great addition to our home. Now I can stop emptying my daughter's nugget ice maker every time I visit.

I have had a countertop ice maker before which was a huge disappointment so was wary of the claims people made on this one, but this ice maker does everything it claims: makes tons of ice, easy set-up, easy clean-up! Unbelievable!
