I absolutely love chewable ice and this machine delivers! It's a game changer for our drinks at home! The only complaint would be that it is a bit noisy…but totally worth it!

Out of the box the maker did not work. I tried some of the troubleshooting methods I found on youtube with no luck. Would recommend to anyone not to purchase this machine

My fridge ice maker went out and I can't go without ice and all the refrigerators I want are all on back order till June so we decided to go buy this ice maker. It's amazing makes so much ice we never run out it's so easy to set up and use.

really good ice maker got it in replace of a older model and this one is WAY BETTER the other thing that i don't like is that the side take it super small so it sucks up the water so fast for someone that uses the ice A LOT

I love the cleaning mode, there is no other icemaker with this feature. The machine makes ice so quickly I never run out, even while entertaining. The machine is quiet and just beautiful to look at. My only regret is not purchasing it sooner.

Works like it should. Set up and instructions were easy to follow. Once set up and ready started making ice within the first hour, and filled container in a few hours after that. So far so good. We like it
