I’ve only had the ice maker for a couple weeks, but so far I love it! Works as advertised. Set up was easy. I don’t even use the ice from my refrigerator anymore.

Great overall, small enough to fit in on your counter top and not take up to much space. Super convenient because you will never have to leave the grocery store saying you forgot your bag of ice!

I love everything about this machine. To get the “good” ice whenever I want is lifestyle changing. I’m not the biggest clean freak but it’s so easy to clean I don’t mind doing it at all. If I could give ten stars I would!!!

It really makes the best ice! I have been an RN for 10+ years and it is the ice we have in the hospital that we all call "the best ice". This is even better because it has it's own filter and you can use whatever water you would like! AMAZING!!!

Great ice maker for my office. It makes soft ice, which is what I like in my iced tea! Very easy to set up and clean. It is able to connect to your WIFI, so you can monitor it remotely if need be, if you are out of the office for the weekend.

Easy set up! I have been wanting an Opal for years! Worth every penny. Everyone in my family loves it. We’re getting so much use out of it! Highly recommend!

This has been the most expensive hunk of junk I've ever purchased. Save your money- the time starting and stopping, the amount of maintenance it requires and the sound of the machine disturbing my entire household is ridiculous.

Awful ice maker for the price paid. Ice machine leaks consistently when actively making ice (water all over my floor) and ice in the morning is nearly melted when I go fill my cup. Wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

We have been wanting this for a long time. The wait was worth it. Does a great job. Only complaint is it seems to need to be put in cleaning mode often.
