I feel it's an ok unit. I love the ice and how fast it makes it. I do feel the cleaning process is very lengthy, and difficult. The unit is also very noisy. Would. It again, because I love the ice!

We are amazed with the quick volume this little ice maker produces. It takes up very little counter space, looks sleek and the little pellets are just right!

We absolutely love this ice machine!!! It was very easy to set up and started making ice shortly after. It does have some noise but it's not distracting at all.

Love the nugget ice it makes. Only down fall two weeks into having it the cleaning sensor went off and never turned off. Unplugged the unit and re plugged in and it turned off.

I love it as it is the ice I want. The machine is a little loud and makes weird noises at times. I wish I would have gotten the water reserve as it uses a lot of water and I have to keep filling it.
