We have had it for a month, so far it is working good. The only concern is that something’s the water runs in the ice bin. This is our third one and hopefully it will last longer than the previous two we had.

Loving this product so far. Quality of ice is amazing. Remember to descale product to help with performance- just realized that was a thing. Would recommend this product at this point.

The machine works like a dream! I wish the cleaning and descaling processes were simpler but it is all worth it for this amazing ice! Best ice ever!

We love the ice this machine makes and the overall taste is great. The machine started to make a cat crying type of sound a week after starting to use it. It hasn't interfered with the ice-making or how much we like it but it can be annoying.
