Love it!

This is the GOOD ICE! So far it works really well. Super easy to clean and descaling is not that difficult. Highly recommend to use reverse osmosis, water, or distilled water.

Makes awesome ice!

This is a great ice machine. It's a bit loud but still makes great ice. Love the WIFI feature that allows you to turn it on when you are away and have ice nuggets when you get home.

This can be discouraging, we know. Your new icemaker may make sounds that are not familiar, but thankfully, most of these sounds are normal. Hard surfaces like the floor, walls, and countertops can amplify these sounds. Bad out of the box

The unit was bad out of the box. It sounded like a chainsaw and absolutely that loud could hear it across the house and it didn't make ice send it back.

Fantastic Machine, Worth it

It is a great machine. It is always full of ice. It is quiet and has been running smoothly since starting it. The set up was easy. We have yet to clean it, so can't speak on that process yet. The ice taste great.

SMALL PERFECT MUNCHING ICE

LOVE LOVE LOVE my ice maker. Do not need to buy sonic drinks or ice every day. I am saving a fortune and love the convenience of having it at home. My guests love it too and say drinks just taste better with this ice.

Great while it lasted

Was an amazing ice machine for 2 years then the auger stopped working and froze and split the aluminum housing wish you could buy parts to fix it 🤦🏻‍♂️

Love our Opal Icemaker!

Excellent quality machine. Makes that "good ice" that everyone loves and it sits perfectly on our countertop. Keeps up with our fairly high demand and is easy to maintain.

Great investment

Investigate Before Purchase

I love the ice maker except when I have to clean it. Very time consuming , instructions are confusing wish I would have talked to people that own this before I purchased it. It might have changed my mind.

Not for a lot of use

Love the ice, just wish it made it faster. It’s not for a large family needing a good amount of ice. Other than that it works and matches my other appliances.
