I like the updated model much better than the older model. The side water tank is great! Several friends purchased one since they know I really like the ice it produces. The only thing I dislike about it is the price.

The set up was easy to figure out, but the directions are written extremely poorly. I wish they answered some questions I had early, so I didn't have to second guess myself. The machine itself is very quiet.
