Its great and works flawlessly. The ice makes any drink taste better abd you just feel like you made it cause only successful people have nugget ice whenever they want it.

So far I LOVE this ice maker!!! It's a little noisy when making the ice, but nothing too long and annoying :) It's tuley amazing how it can make sooo much ice in a day !

Love this ice! It's delightfully small and yet cold enough to get the job done. No problems with the machine, it works great. We are sure to use our reverse osmosis water in it for even tastier ice.

This is my second opal. First one lasted about 14 months, even with monthly descaling. Bought the 2.0 to replace it. Buy the extended warranty. I wish I had on the first one. Still the best I've ever! Oh and it can be noisy.

The day it arrived it has been a wonderful. We can't imagine life without it! We threw away all ice trays since there is no need for them. Our grandkids love being able to get the ice to eat when they come over.

Makes ice quickly and noise is very low. Ice is very wet however, which makes it stick, and when emptying into larger container for freezer there is always water at the bottom.

Have not had it long. The ice melts quickly. It melts more than I use. I have to refill the external tank every day. It is a nice-looking unit. Quiet

This machine is everything I thought it would be and more! It's worth every penny! We use it every day! Most used product in our home currently!!! If you are on the fence- get it!!!

This ice maker is a game changer for those people that love “Sonic type” ice. We use distilled water to keep it free of mineral build up. It is loud, but I don't care.

This Opal is wonderful! It makes ice almost faster than we use it! We had the first Opal but she wasn't as proficient as our new Opal! Excellent experience so far…..just love the nugget ice!
