Great ice but not great refill tank

The ice is amazing! Our only issue is that the machine keeps telling us that it needs more water even though the refill tank is full. It usually fixes it by jiggling the tube between the ice maker and refill tank every once in a while.

Great ice maker!

We've had this ice maker for a little more than a month and we love it. It is quick to make ice, easy to clean and having the side water resevior keeps ice at the ready. It is a low maintenance machine which we love with our busy schedules.

Ice

Makes ice like it's supposed to. Okay, you wanna review, but you won't let me post it. Because not enough characters, Why can't a review be short and Sweet No need to write a book, When the product goes, what it's supposed to do.

The 2.0 is a Must!

I had the original Opal machine, used it for 3 years loved it but I needed more ice so I upgraded to the 2.0 and OMG I can’t believe that it has exceeded my expectations. The water seems to last forever so it can keep making ice, love it!!

Great ice maker

The ice maker is easy to setup and use. This is the second one I’ve had and it seems a little quieter. They make the best ice for cocktails or any beverage

Machine always says add water

It says add water even when it is full. I have cleaned it several times and have descaled also. After all of that it still says add water. Getting ready to return it!

We know that must have caused frustration, especially when you’ve already tried cleaning and descaling. Great V 2.0

This is my second ice machine with GE having a purchased Verison 1.0...last year for my florida house.......l purchased this for myself(man cave)......but no more my wife took over ownership and moved it to the den...she uses it about 3x a week

Excellent Soft, Chewy Ice

Had the product for 24 hrs. After reading instructions, and performing initial cleaning, i anxiously filled with water and waited. ICE!!! It is a heavy machine and fairly large, but its beautiful! Cant wait for summer cold and slushy drinks!

Best Ice!!

We love this nugget ice. It makes ice rather fast. The design of this ice maker looks great on the counter top. I'm happy with my decision of this purchase.

Love the ice, hate the machine

I feel it’s an ok unit. I love the ice and how fast it makes it. I do feel the cleaning process is very lengthy, and difficult. The unit is also very noisy. Would. It again, because I love the ice!
