Love the icemaker, though it can be a little noisy at times. Would also be nice if it had a water intake that could be hooked up to it to add water automagically

Everyone likes the ice nuggets, the side tanks great but the machine is very noisy and ice piles up in the middle of the drawer slowing down production because the machine thinks the bin is full.

Works amazing!! Much quieter than our previous machine of a different brand. Love the changeable water filter as well. The ice is top quality as is the machine.

Best birthday gift (with a plug) that I ever got. It's been great having ice when needed and not the icky water from the faucet, we use bottled. Love the size of the ice as well.

Ran cleaning cycles first and has worked flawlessly since. Using reverse osmosis filtered water. Side tank is a must for convenience. Ice is perfect, just like Sonic, Canes. Chic Filet, etc. Well worth the money.

This is awesome! I love the “sonic” or “good” ice. It is amazing to be able to walk into my kitchen and have it at my fingertips. Good ice = good life!

Instant nugget ice at the touch of a button. My Wife and kids love it especially my 4 year old because it's so small i don't have to break it in pieces

I love the machine over all and would highly recommend it to anyone in the market. It doesn't stay cold once in a cup as long as I would like but still worth the investment.

Great "chewy" ice and it works great in producing ice fairly quickly... the only issue is I can't seem to keep the WiFi connection stable to access and turn on/off if I'm planning to need it, but not home yet.

Very easy to setup and use. So far, easy to maintain reliable ice production. Looks great as a countertop kitchen appliance. We, are very happy with it (especially my wife especially so).
