Although my Profile Fridge has an ice maker, I much prefer the nugget ice. I had read many articles and reviews of the GE Profile Opal as well as other brands, and found the Opal to be the best value. I have not regretted my purchase!

My wife and I love this ice maker. A bit pricy but worth the convenience of having pellet ice right on our countertop. It can be a little noisy at times which is a distraction while we are watching tv. Other than that, we love it!

This thing is the best ice maker we have owned, seems like I'm always adding water even though it has a nice size tank. The family uses it all the time and everybody loves it.

This is one of the best ice makers that I have personally used. It recycles the melted water and makes ice in minutes and the side water tank is wonderful. I would buy this again and as a gift.

Very easy setup, slick design fits perfectly on counter. Love the quickness it take to produce ice. Great for parties and guest when in need of ice in minutes. Excellent job GE.

In efforts to make more room in our freezer and get rid of all the ice trays and have more space for breast milk in our freezer and have my favorite ice readily available during pregnancy we got this as my push present and it is amazing!!!

We love our icemaker. Our refrigerator icemaker never kept up. We love the Nuggets ice. Reminds us of sonic ice. No more having to go to the gas station to get bags of ice.

Our water is a little on the hard side. Most appliances can be wiped off easily. The finish on this ice maker seems to bond to the acale. Can't get it to come clean. Looks bad.
