I absolutely love this ice maker! it has been super handy. i don’t buy bags of ice anymore and it doesn’t take up too much space on the counter. its great for drinks or even just chewing it!!

Great ice maker for my office. It makes soft ice, which is what I like in my iced tea! Very easy to set up and clean. It is able to connect to your WIFI, so you can monitor it remotely if need be, if you are out of the office for the weekend.

I never knew how bad my old First Build Opal Nugget Ice Maker had gotten until I purchased this new GE Opal 2.0 model. I absolutely never run out of ice and the machine is extremely quiet and smooth. Perfect ice every time!

Love the product ,when it’s working. It will only last 6 months to a year. They can’t get parts for it to be fixed. I have went through 3 in the last 2 years.

The ice maker is super efficient, and fairly quiet (as loud as a super efficient dishwasher when running). It is very compact and easy to use. I only use purified water in it to make ice to avoid descaling every two weeks, and it runs great.

Ok, well after gone through 2 already (different make/models), this one is the quietest, best looking one i will see how this one holds up, so far so good

We haven't had it long. But, so far we love it! We love "Sonic" ice and that is what it makes. Though the wifi was useless at first. But, you can use this feature to set a schedule and more. So, great feature!

We are really loving our Nugget ice maker. There is one at my office and we’ve had it for a couple of years now and I love using the ice so I kept raving about it to my family and so we purchased one for our home.

This machine will eventually make so much noise, it'll be unbearable! We had to return ours 2 times, then the warranty ran out. Huge waste of money, for one of the most expensive countertop ice makers.

If I would have left this review a few weeks ago it would have been five stars but this unit has already started making the screaming belt noise that my old one did after a few years, but it's only been a few months this time.
