Great Experience

We had a lot of trouble setting up our new tv to and Monique was a Rockstar and stayed on the phone for an hour with us...it works great! She's awesome!

You tube videos

Outstanding TCL support!!!

Had exceptional help from Med with setup of tv and from Joyce with troubleshooting YoutubeTV app issue. (Which was due to an error on our part). Her persistence and patience went above and beyond.

Great TV, What a STEAL!!!!

This tv has 43 class and the 4X QLED smart tv

I BOUGHT THIS YESTERDAY AND HAD A VERY HARD TIME SETTING IT UP SO I COULD SEE MY LAPTOP ON THIS TV. FINALY CALLED LUCAS AND HE WAS GREAT. HE GOT IT TO WORK.
