HP offers the best in the industry in Laptop ,PCs the support and break fix is number one! Integration into Google and Microsoft and other Applications is great. That is why I replaced my Apple Computer Mac.💜

I like the screen, and the functionality of this laptop, what I do not like is that it does no have a c-port for hooking up multiple screens for my job.

Just received my computer a couple weeks ago and so far, its performing super-fast, and great. No glitches yet. Bought it to replace my old 2019 HP computer and wanted to keep on HP. So far, I am pleased with it. Only thing I was a little upset with, was the FedEx guy delivered it and box was torn. My husband was home, so he opens it to make sure it wasn't damaged. Thankfully, there was another inner box, and it was not damaged. It is good working order so far. Another thing, Sam's Club promised on the ship date arrival would be on a Saturday. I didn't get it until late Wednesday. I was going out of town Thursday, and I was afraid it wouldn't arrive on time. So then when I got back from camping all weekend, then I did the new computer things. So far, I am pleased with it, other than the shipping ordeal.

Great product!

Depending on what your using it for, it's a great laptop. The issue I have is research is telling me because of the graphics card and other reasons I can never have more than 1 HDMI plugged in so I can't use dual monitors.

The machine is overall very good. It would be excellent if the keys and their mechanism on the keyboard were not cheap. Its only a few months and in addition to sticking the writing on the keys has worn off in several places.

I think paying for Microsoft 365 is ridiculous.

Trying to write a book. Going is slow, not knowing how to use the software.
