I found these to be a bit more dense than some other scones I've had. The taste was ok, but they were dry.

The cinnamon chip scones were bland, very dry, with minimal flavor. I love scones and appreciate having the opportunity to purchase scones. However, I suggest making these with fruit ingredients like blueberries and lemons, cranberries and apples, etc. The fruit products provide great flavor and add moistness (reduces crumbliness).

These were hard, basically tasteless, and left a weird film coating inside your mouth. Before I could return them, a few other family members had tried them and we ended up just throwing them away. First time I’ve given a bad review to a Sam’s bakery item.

I was really excited to try these and was very disappointed at the first bite. these were very tough and the lack of cinnamon taste was surprising. How can cinnamon be bland? And yet, these were - very bland. Sorry Sam's Club. This recipe needs a major overhaul...

Very dry and crumbly and very little flavor. Didn’t even finish them.

The cinnamon flavor is good. Skones are typically dry but these need something to give them more moisture. There was also a greasy taste in my mouth after eating them.

These were on sale so I thought I'd try them. Yuck, dry and lack of flavor. Left at the firehouse and after two weeks there was no mold. Full of artificial ingredients.

I love good scones. These were not in that category. I even looked for the freshest ones prior to buying and they were still dry. I'd suggest using a more airtight container. They look great, but if you want them for taste too, save your money.

These are wonderful and I was surprised to find these at Sam's Club. I hope they are a regular item. These are definitely a more British style scone than American.

These scones are bad. Maybe it’s because I grabbed them without paying attention to when they were baked—I purchased them a day before the “best by” date—but the flavor was still meh. They’re heavy and extremely dry. I had to warm them up a little just to make them softer. I wouldn’t buy them again.
