This is going to be PERFECT for my work commute and trips to the store or park or meeting. they are individually wrapped which I'm incredibly grateful for. sometimes I just want a cheese stick and sometimes I just want a turkey sausage. The mild cheddar taste is pleasant and provides 6 grams of protein. the turkey sausage is a little salty but that's probably just me and because I eat them alone rather than with the cheese stick at the same time. still delicious. Will definitely be buying these weekly.

I was thinking the sticks were going to be a combination of cheese and sausage, I didn't realize until I opened the package that they were individually wrapped containing either sausage or cheese. I don't like having to choose one or the other or have to eat one of each at the same time. I think the cheese wrapped in the sausage would have been a better concept. They are definitely good to have as a small snack between meals or before/ after a workout. The turkey sausage is supposed to be mild but I taste a smidge of spice and smoky flavor, which is ok but not great. The cheese is good quality as you'd expect from Frigo.
