Shipping issues

The monitor is amazing But I ordered a VESA mount and they sent me a one with stand .. TWICE . so waste of time plus have to returned and now waiting the refund . Someone in the warehouse have a problem.

Stay Away - Sam's Can't Ship The Correct Model

Sam's sent me the wrong monitor 3 times! Sam's sent me a Vesa mount type even though I ordered a tilt monitor (as verified on my receipt).

Beware, tilt model shipped when VESA ordered.

Ordered two VESA mount models and received two tilt stand models. Seems to be an issue with the Sam’s Club product codes or fulfillment process. Hope someone can read this, but for now I’m returning them.
