These cupcakes look so pretty in the picture, and I was excited to take them to a 4th of July party. When I picked them up curbside, the guy didn't even say hi, he opened our trunk without asking and put two orders of cupcakes in (60 cupcakes). My husband and I thought it was sooo strange he didn't even acknowledge us. My husband got out to look and see what was even put in our trunk, and said, " Yep, it's cupcakes", and I didn't look at them, he did. When we got home and he took them out of the trunk, I was upset. They didn't look at all like the picture. They were just plain iced cupcakes. No sprinkles, no flags, nothing. The blue was dark, not light. I called customer service, and the automated system refunded them, which is great, but I'm still bummed. It's just not what I envisioned for the party. First-world problems, I know. But when you advertise something, and a customer is expecting that, that's what it should be. Or call me. Call me and say you are out of sprinkles. It does say "design may vary", but that's not a variation; that's an omission.
