I was feeling some flu like systems and taking the test helped me to find out that I was negative for the flu and COVID with just one test. The packaging and personal knowledge say not to take them if you have no symptoms or feel fine so I can't say anything specific about how accurate it is since I don't have any specific cause to test myself. The expiration date is a reasonable time from the time I received it.
